Craignay is an attractive traditional stone built and typically Speyside detached house of two storeys which can accommodate eight people in four bedrooms and is situated close to the old A95 road entering the village of Dulnain Bridge from Aviemore. It is within easy walking distance (300 metres) of the centre of the village and is surrounded by Scots Pine and Birch woodland.
