A discount of £100 is offered if the house is
only occupied by two people outwith high season.
High Season: Easter, May Bank Holiday,
July, August & Christmas.

Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Holiday makers should please enquire about availability. We are only available from March to the end of October and for Christmas week.

Weekly lets are from 4 pm on day of arrival to 10 am on day of departure.

All prices include electricity.

All linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided.

The house and garden are not recommended for dogs as the garden is not fully fenced.
Other pets are not permitted.

Smokers are asked to smoke outside and to remove any butts.

The house does not have a fixed-line telephone only mobile phone coverage.
