Prices per week at Craignay during 2008
March, April, May, June £500
Easter Weeks & May Bank Holiday, July, August £600
September, October £500.
A discount of £150 is offered if the house is only occupied by two people.
Weekly Lets only, unfortunately we do not let the cottage for short lets or weekends
Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Holiday makers should please enquire about availability.
Weekly lets are from 4 pm on day of arrival to 10 am on day of departure.
All prices include electricity.
All linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided.
The house and garden are not recommended for dogs as the garden is not fully fenced. Other pets are not permitted.
Smokers are asked to smoke outside and to remove any butts.
The house does not have a fixed-line telephone only mobile phone coverage.
Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of one-third is required to confirm any booking with full payment to be made 8 weeks before holiday date.
Bookings made within 8 Weeks of your Holiday Date - Full Payment will be required.
Cancellation- If notice of Cancellation is given not later than 8 Weeks before your Holiday Date, you will not be liable to pay the outstanding balance, but you will lose your Deposit. However if you cancel your Holiday within 8 Weeks you will be liable to pay the balance unless we receive an alternative booking from elsewhere.
