- Terms
All terms are per week for the house. Bookings are from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure (subject to unavoidable delays). Upon departure you are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. -
Booking confirmation
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the accommodation rental. The deposit is non-returnable in the event of later cancellation. -
Payment of Balance
The balance is due by you not later than 8 weeks before the holiday commencement date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday, you are required to pay the full price before the booking will be confirmed. -
Cancellation
So long as written notice of cancellation is received not less than 8 weeks before commencement date of the holiday, you will not be liable to pay any outstanding balance. However, if cancellation is notified within 8 weeks of the holiday commencement date, you will be liable to pay the full balance unless we are successful in re-letting the holiday. Notification should be made in the first instance by email and confirmed by first class mail to Brenda Neish, Barbreck Farm, Kilchrenan, Taynuilt, Argyll, PA35 1HF. -
Availability
Should the cottage not be available due to circumstances beyond our control (for example fire, theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation, in which case all sums will be returned to you in full. You will have no claim against us. -
Number in your party
No more than eight persons may occupy Craignay. Under no circumstances may more than two persons, as stated on the Discounted Price Offer, occupy the property. We reserve the right to cancel our initial contract, and demand payment of the extra £150, should this condition not be observed. -
Pets
The house and garden are not recommended for dogs as the garden is not dog-proof, however dogs are allowed so long as they are kept downstairs in the living areas only, and faeces is cleared from the garden. Other pets are not permitted. -
Damage
Any articles found to be missing or broken from the cottage or garden area, will be paid for by you, as will any damage to the fabric (reasonable wear and tear excepted). -
